Mid-Morning Snacks for When You Need Something Sweet

Let’s face it: Sometimes work can be difficult to get through. You might have a particularly hard project that you’re working on that’s demanding all your attention.

Or you might have had a rough night of sleep the night before, making it so that you feel like you’re lagging at work and aren’t sure how you’re going to get through your time in the office. Those feelings of being overwhelmed or feeling sleepy can have you reaching for a mid-morning snack, and those choices you really crave—probably based in sugar—may not be so great for you.

However, you can have your sweets, sort of, and still maintain a healthy balance, and actually end up feeling better overall too.
