Fox News recently reported that a study out of Northumbria University found that participants who drank dark chocolate flavonoids performed better on math tests compared to those who were given beverages without chocolate flavonoids. While I’m not sure where you’ll find a beverage that features chocolate flavonoids, I am pretty sure you’ll find dark chocolate that you can buy at the store.

Coconut oil is brain food and coffee improves focus and concentration, so go ahead and combine the two. This drink is amazing!
