Men will generally be able to move quicker than women, and older people may find it more difficult to move at fast speeds than younger people do. The next time you use the treadmill, increase the speed slightly so that you’re still moving at a constant pace but just slightly faster than last time. Remember that it’s important to listen to what your body is telling you.
