3 Good Ways To Lose Weight

For some people, they think that the only good ways to lose weight are to spend hours andgood ways to lose weight hours on a treadmill and dramatically cut down on the food they eat. They do the same running routine all the time and constantly feel hungry.

But they see no results? Why is this?

You will never see results the results you want with a continuous and repetitive cardio exercise program.

The reason is that the only thing that burns fat in the body is muscle. The best advice to lose weight is to create larger muscle mass to burn that extra and unwanted fat.

Cardio exercise is good because it makes your body more efficient. But it does not help those who want to lose weight. Your body becomes accustomed to working at a certain level and limits itself so it does not have to use any more energy than is necessary. When combining a repetitive cardio workout and reducing your food intake, your body thinks that it is being starved and so holds on to every calorie you eat and stores it away to stop the effects of starvation.

The Safe Ways to Lose Weight

1. Weight Resistance Training

One of the good ways to lose weight is by lifting weights. Women are sometimes unsure about adding resistance training to their workouts as they do not want big muscles. To avoid big muscles, do a mixture of resistance training exercises that work your entire body. That way you get every muscle in your body burning fat, which is the fastest way to lose weight, and the results that you want will be achieved much quicker. Do include resistance training into your workout. Remember, the best way to burn fat is to build muscle because muscles burn more calories, even while they are at rest.

Interval Training Workouts.

Interval training is a set of high intensity exercise followed by low intensity exercise in different time periods. These periods of high and low activity make your body work much more than if you had just stayed at the same pace for the same period of time. If you are on your treadmill, you could incorporate short bursts of faster running into your routine. If you’re less fit, you might alternate slower walking with periods of faster walking. The more vigorously you exercise, the more calories you’ll burn, even if you increase intensity for just a few minutes at a time.

Eat Lots Of The Right Food.

When you reduce your calorie intact significantly, your body believes that it needs to cling onto every calorie eaten to stop hunger and possible harm. But, as long as you eat the right type of foods, there is no reason to deny yourself nutritious foods when trying to lose weight.

Avoid pre-packaged foods and processed foods.  These are foods that come in a box, can, bag or carton. Eating processed foods are not good ways to lose weight as they have been altered from their natural states in order to extend their shelf life and are often poor quality with no nutritional value at all.
